Default Samsung 6300 vs 6030

Interesting situation, earlier today I purchased this from

In store it's on sale for 699.99 but online they had it for 649.99.
I ordered before work it with instore pick up and had a family member pick it up for me. 3D isn't a big selling point, but the price was right.

When I get home I find Best Buy loaded the wrong tv into the car. They gave me This one.

Now I know the major difference is one is a 3D tv while the other have Smart features. The other differences seem to be the stand and ports/inputs. I debating on whether I should go through the hassle of returning it. As I said before 3D isn't a big deal but neither is Smart Tv. So is there any major difference? Is the image quality the same? It seems the Smart Tv is the more expensive one and maybe I ended up getting a good deal on it, I just want to make sure I end up with the better tv.

I wanted a Samsung HD tv at a good price, 3D or Smart Tv doesn't matter to me. I saw 3D as a bonus that I probably wouldn't use more than a few times (not to mention that I'd have to purchase glasses and a 3D player as well). I was never in the market for a 3D tv really, but the 699.99 price was right, then when I saw the 649.99 price I went for it.

My biggest concern is about the actual panal/image quality, I'm assuming the Smart Tv is the better tv (due to price and design) but I came here to ask more educated minds on the subject.

I don't really have time to make the special trip to return this thing unless it's a big enough deal bother.

The 6300 is a 2013 and the 6030 is a 2012 model I believe.
