Also I notice in this pic:

The case has a rating tag in the bottom left corner. Is that a sticker that can be removed or is it permanent?

No idea if the rating logo will be a sticker or not as I believe this is Nuclear blast's first steelbook. However, on past releases I've found that both Nuclear Blast and Century Media use paper sheets with the logo on that once you remove after opening the actual case is logo-free.

Anyone know where I can get the blu-Ray steelbbook? I can't find it anywhere online anymore. I'm in the USA and will probably have to import.

You can't buy it from Amazon UK (link in OP)?
My avatar is Terry Gilliam as "A Man With a Stoat Through the Head" from Season 2 Episode 13 (The Royal Episode) of Monty Python's Flying Circus. It appears at the end of a sketch called "Submarine", the script for it is here.
The full episode is on Youtube here, the Submarine sketch starts at 25:14 with Terry Gilliams appearance starting at 27:12.

He may have been looking at Amazon UK when it was only listed through the marketplace sellers. It looked to be out of print for the past couple of months because Amazon UK wasn't selling direct anymore and the marketplace sellers were inflating their prices. I ordered one myself and it never arrived (I'm in the US). Friday morning I noticed Amazon was listing it themselves again, but on the "usually dispatched within 9 to 13 days" notification. I placed an order again hoping it will ship...

This is awesome! Been a fan of this band since I discovered the "Low" album in my teenage years. Caught them live at a small, local club in 2008. Unfortunately, they barely played anything from, "Low,"-Present day. Very disappointing. They only played one song off their opus, "The Gathering," which beyond question, is the GREATEST thing they ever put out!
Hates home theater galleries with zero photos of an actual home theater!
