Default It's Only the End of the World - Juste la fin du monde (Xavier Dolan)

Since this will not likely be getting a US release, I figured some of our members would be interested in knowing that Xavier Dolan's most recent film "It's Only The End of the World (Juste la fin du monde)" has recently received a Blu-ray release from Les Films Seville in Canada!

It comes in a digipak similar to their release of "Mommy" (although this one is a bit thicker). The film is presented with its original French language track (in 5.1 DTS-HD MA), with optional English or French SDH subtitles. There are NO extra features on the disc at all - but there are a bunch of nice postcards inside featuring stills from both the movie and behind-the-scenes. The disc is Region A locked but it appears that Artificial Eye will be releasing a Region B version in the UK in April.

This is the actual copy I received from Amazon today - strangely enough they've yet to post a picture of it on their website:

My top 25 films:

1) Jackie Brown 2) Nashville 3)Apocalypse Now 4) Pulp Fiction 5) All About Eve 6) Blue Velvet 7) Zodiac 8) The Getaway (1972) 9) Almost Famous 10) Tenebre 11) Sorcerer 12) The Wolf of Wall Street 13) Mildred Pierce 14) The Towering Inferno 15) Talk to Her 16) Dressed to Kill 17) Rabid Dogs 18) City of God 19) The Dead Girl 20) Adaptation 21) Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind 22) Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 23) Happiness 24) Spirited Away 25) Harold and Maude

My copy just arrived from Zeusonline.ca and it's sadly not the digipak. They've already replaced it with a keep case version. Dammit.

Annnd an update: Just received a copy from Amazon and it's the Keep case version. I'd like to try Walmart next but they're sold out.

Oh wow, I'm quite surprised to hear that the digipak version was a limited pressing and sold out so quickly. I didn't think this one was nearly as popular as "Mommy" (many digipaks of that one around, AFAIK).

Yeah Mommy had many copies made in digipak form. I'm placing an order with Wal-Mart tonight. If they also ship a keep case, I guess I'll just have to suck it up hah.

3rd attempt failed. Struck out with Zeusonline.ca, Amazon.ca & walmart.ca. I'm guessing they made 1000 or less of the digipaks.
