Default Fright Night Blu ray from Sweden

Is this blu ray region free and playable in US blu rays? Also how is the picture and audio quality. Is it a bootleg?

Get the Eureka blu ray that recently came out in the U.K. It's region free.

I don't even know why region locking exists at this point. The UHD blu ray format is inherently region free. So why can't all ordinary blu rays be region free from now on since there are no region restrictions on UHD?

Can't speak for the Swedish release, but the German release is an official release from Sony.

As for the sequel, well, find a digital HD copy or find one on ebay.

Personally, I have a bootleg blu of the sequel from Ebay and it's top-notch in PQ.

IF there's ever an official US release of the sequel, I will happily purchase it. Until then, a bootleg (a damn good one too) will do.

Bootlegs actually don't even exist here, I've got the Nordic release and the quality was very good. I will check out the region coding later today.

What says it's Region B?

It isn't. Eureka's FRIGHT NIGHT is region free. On all pressings.

Actually it states both on the back cover. While displaying the Region All logos for the DVD and BD it also states "Region B" and "Region 2" for the BD and DVD respectively in the blue-ish band beneath the list of special features. No wonder some people get confused.

People only get confused when they start believing the Region code indicated by the labels .

Was about to make a new thread... but figured I'd ask here first. Does anyone know of a site to import from blu's from Sweden? I'm looking for the Lady Bloodfight Blu-Ray, and they seem to be the only country with a release.
