Ive purchased this Title twice and it wont play in my player. It says "Cannot Read Disk"

Has anyone had trouble playing certain disks?

I have not had any issues regarding playback of BDs on my current player. My first BD player had this problem, and it took a couple of tries to get the movie to play.

Question: Have you updated the firmware yet? If not, I would try that, as its supposed to fix some issues regaring playback.

I have the Sleepy Hollow disc and it plays fine. I played it before I did the firmware update and I didn't have any "Cannot read disc" errors. Is this the only disc that's giving you the error? Have you tried any other discs?

Its the only disc that doesnt work out of the four I own. How do I do the Firmware Update ???

Mine plays fine, on unpatched and patched Sammy. Lightning striking twice?

Thanks to all, I installed the Firmware 1.0 and the disc plays no problem!
