Default Panasonic DMP BD50 - Will it play Region 2

I plan on getting a BD50 and does anyone know if it can play Region 1 and 2 blu-ray disc, cause i ordered The Island and The Crow on Blu from UK, the Island works great , but my player cant play The Crow cause of the region 2code , ive also ordered Death Sentence on Blu, but it comes out on Jan 21 in uk, just wondering when i get the BD50 if that will solve it, or should i return the Crow and also hope Death Sentence works

Unfortunately at this point there are no BD players that play BD's of every region. Well, there is a Swedish site selling modded BD players that are all region. The prices are a bit ridiculous though. I think it was around $700USD last I checked.

You should try to sell that disc on ebay. If you return it, you have to pay the high shipping costs, right?

I have been in your position too. I live in the US and tried getting a couple BD's from region B that are locked.
