We just watched The Game Plan. I was wondering if anyone else noticed that the soundtrack was not synced to the picture. I thought that I was watching an old Japanese movie that was dubbed in English.

Were you feeding the audio to a receiver?

That's funny. Whenever that happens again restart the machine. Probably something didn't go well on start-up.

We were playing it on a Sony BD-301 through Sony HT-SS2000 HTIB. we haven't seen this on any other movies.

Watched it last night using PS3 and an Onkyo 804 and noticed no problems, and I'm very sensitive to audio sync.

since someone brought this situation up, i have a problem with this as well. but it has nothing to do with movies. many times when i just watch tv the audio and picture do not sync. i have my audio hooked into 5.1 surround sound and the picture comes from the satellite reciever. personally i dont think that this would cause it. but any suggestions?

I also experienced the audio being out of synch. I have a Sony 300 player. I turned the unit off, unplugged it for a minute and plugged it back in. After powering the unit the Gameplan worked ok.

I am also having sync issues with this movie. BDPS350 player tried on XBR6 also tried on 46V4100 and Sony AW10 projector - I have tried different HDMI cables. I haven't had the sync issue with any other movie.

I have tried playing it from the PS3 and it doesn't go out of sync on there, only on the BDP-S350 (tried it on two of those), both have the latest firmware updates, so I will be waiting on another firmware update on the 350, and I will try that movie again on there.
