Default Just watched "the Untouchables" on Blu

I just watched this movie on blu that I ordered from buy.com. The PQ is outstanding for an older film. It is so smooth. Anyone else get a chance to see this on blu? Plus, MAN I LOVE THIS MOVIE. Its NO Godfather but very good story.

Yes, I've watched THE UNTOUCHABLES in Blu, and I highly reccomend it, although I understand it's hard to find now for obvious reasons. Great transfer and some good extras. A legacy from PARAMOUNT, until they come back to blu (in about what, 8 months, a year? )

I have to agree. This is an excellent Paramount title. I would also recommend "Black Rain". PQ is to the same quality and its a Cop vs bad Guy movie as well. Downside is there is no Sean Connery, but it is a Ridley Scott film and the casting is excellent.

Go buy a copy... you won't regret it.

Own it in blu but haven't watched it yet. Thanks for the review, I will have to check it out. Sean Connery was awesome.
