Hmm. Think it was Signs.

On the brochure pamphlet inside there was a section saying about "Next Gen Menu interactions" or something. And it had screens & chapter screens of what looked like JP.

Just thought it might be something.

I love seeing JP on the big screen again. It needs a re-release and then the blu-treatment.

A lot of members keep referring to this as a "classic set" of movies. Let's be honest for a moment here...the only one that was worth a second viewing (not to mention purchase in one form or another) is the first!!! The second is barely watchable, and the 3rd is pure shize, c'mon.

Nukethefridge.com says they have an inside source at universal that says the Jurassic Park trilogy (along with the Back to the future trilogy) will be released october 2010

Nothing really schocking there since most of us assumed late next year would be the release date, but if the source is valid its at least some kind of official word

not really sure why it would take that long though, why wait another year before streeting them?

With Universal releasing it and Spielberg controlling the release, I think the DTS-HD MA track is pretty much guaranteed.

Any chance you could scan that in for us? I'd be really greatful.

Also, new to the forum but have been reading for quite some time. Just a big JP fan eager to get JP on Blu-Ray.

Damn, I might have to get myself Signs on Blu-Ray. But thanks anyway and let me know if you do find that same thing in another movie.

I,for one,would be very eager and excited to stand in line to grab a Blu Ray Re-Make of the Original Jurassic Park.

I could imagine the scenes with the T-Rex approaching and making all the water(both in a glass and in puddles vibrate).
Then some other good scenes were the tremendous Rain Fall/lightning & Thunder/In The Tropical Storm.

It would be simply amazing in a Loseless Audio Format.

I most certainly agree. As Jurassic Park was the first film with DTS, I think it would be OUTRAGOUS in DTS-MA.

How would the cgi t-rex look in HD? Since it was done back in the early 90's.

The animation would probably still look great and the compositing too but I think the textures would probably stand out.

I am going to be counting down the days to this one! But I'll only be picking up the first, the two sequels did nothing for me personally. But that's just me...
