I've heard that the rights to African Queen have been acquired by Criterion. Hopefully they will take the blu-ray step prior to releasing this one.

When I was a kid I saw a movie in the theaters I rememeber as "Ultraman" the same Japanese character I see some imports for for some series they have there. (Im not as interested in the series as this movie)

It was very cheesy but I would love to see it again.

Mostly I think some original Theaters Cut should make it to Blu instead of their "extended" batardisation made years after the director's death, like PAT GARRET AND BILLY THE KID (double disc edition with both the TC and DC, not the recent recut) is a good example, TOUCH OF EVIL too would benefit having a restoration of the original TC, not the revisitation made from Orson Welles notes (or just keep it as an extra). I think there are other examples of original theatrical cuts that should come to Blu, most notably a certain trilogy.
Widescreen is better.

The Final Option (also known as Who Dares Wins). It's not exactly a "great" film, but it is one of the few movies out there about the British SAS. I've still got a copy on VHS.
Folks bothered by other folks not using the "Search" function probably spend more time talking about Blu than actually watching them.

Vibes with Jeff Goldblum and Cindi Lauper. Never saw it at Netflix and as far as I know, never released on DVD.

I enjoyed that film as well, like you said not great but fun. Saw it when it first came out.

I would also add "FM" to my list (no static at all )
