"Firefly" aired on UniversalHD for a while (I haven't seen it on the schedule for a while though... so I don't know if it's still on or not)...

Regardless of whether they were upconverted like Wicky said or not, most people shut up about the above after UniversalHD started airing them. A definate purchase for me!

Sweet! I really hope it will see a BD release. This is my most favorite tv show ever!!! Even if the special effects are onlu 480 shot, I'd still buy this in a heartbeat.

Been watching the entire show about every 6-8 months for like 4 years now and just cannot get tired of it.

Will be another no brainer double dip from DVD to BD. Please, bring it!!!

Ditto. I have the Firefly series on Standard and had Serenity on HD. Serenity was pretty sweet on HDDVD so I'm sure it will be bumped up even more on blu-ray. Firefly is great and I have gotten so many friends hooked on it by letting them borrow it. It's addicting, too bad there won't be more.

TVShowsonDVD says it's a done deal that Firefly is coming to Blu-Ray. You know Serenity will be released by Universal around the same time. Cross your fingers that maybe a sequel can/will move forward...

Sorry If Jumping Jack Flash was released on Blu-Ray I would buy it in a heart beat. Also I would get Ghost too.She was the best part about that movie.
The Color Purple was pretty good too.
