theyre not stills they are just promo shots.
edit: doing a quick google search i found that photo posted on a wiki page in 2010

[Show spoiler]Yes, it will be a flashback. i remember having read an interview and Warner or Nolan confirmed new shots with Neeson, but also stated Ras al Ghul was dead and was not to be resurected for the movie. I think Bane will be in the scene. In the comics, Bane is recruted by Ras and his daughter Talia to be part of the league of Assassins (Shadows in the Nolanverse). Bane knowing the identity of Wayne in the trailer is probably because Ras told Bane about Bruce Wayne being Batman...


I look at my IMAX ticket right now and I can't wait to see that movie! When I saw the first teasers, I was very doubtful, but now, all my fears are gone!
