Default Unsupported Format!? Why Now All Sudden?

i just brought "The Bank Job" home (Blu-Ray vers of course) and was about to watch it, hit play, and all of a sudden, PwrDVD8Ultra tells me there's a disc with unsupported format in drive B:

this is the first time i'm getting this error. i've had PwrDVD8Ultra installed for a few months now, no problems ever with any blu-ray disc till now. and also, none of my other Blu-Rays will play either.. all get the same error.. unsupported format. not sure what could of caused this.. only thing i can think of is that i recently added another regular dvd-rom drive (making 3 drives total, 2 DVD, 1 Blu-Ray), and i switched some SATA connections around. could it be that the PwrDVD software thinks that i'm trying to play the Blu-Ray movie on a regular DVD-rom drive? i also updated my GPU's driver recently from 175.16 - 175.19, but i don't think that would cause a problem.. i'm leaning more toward the possibility of the Drive letters being changed as a possible issue. but i'm open to any ideas, or suggestions!

BD-Rom model: Pioneer BDC-2202b
CPU: Q9450
Mobo: GB GA-X38-DQ6
GPU: 9800GTX - driver: 175.19
Monitor: Samsung 226BW 22" WS

Right click PowerDVD and go to Configuration, be sure it is looking at the correct drive for BD - default drive.

Uninstall and reinstall PowerDVD?

FIXED!!

thanks, yeah i uninstalled, that didn't work.. and reinstalled the latest patch. what did work, for me anyway, i reinstalled my SATA drivers, and Chipset drivers as well.. reinstalled my BD-rom drive too, rebooted and "The Bank Job" just automatically loaded in PwrDVD8Ultra and played. not sure which process did the trick, but all is well!

thanks again, rob
