Bucket List won't play! - Blu-ray Forum

Hey, I rented Bucket List BD and it won't play on my Samsung BluRay player, it loads then shows me the WB logo and the PG13 thing then it loads again and shows a disc spinning behind the loading symbol then it just turns to a black screen. So how do I get this movie work? Do I need an update or something or is the disc broken? What should I do, if I need to update can someone show me how to?

Go to google.com and type your model number, "samsung" and "firmware". You should hit the firmware page.

I guess you burn an image onto CD or DVD and just insert the disc but i'm not an expert on standalone players.

Before you do that, check for finger prints. I recently had probs with shoot em up and after a firmware update it still did not work. I wiped a fingerprint from the edge and it worked fine.

I had the same problem with Batman returns which I rented...took it back..apparently it is a bad run of disks. they showed me two BD copies of the same movie and the disks were different thicknesses?
