I suppose it is worth it. Why are they re-releasing so many films?! First Casino Royale and now I Am Legend if that pic is for a Blu version. There are other movies they can release on Blu-Ray instead of re-doing the same ones...

Geez. This would only be worth uprgrading to if the original didn't have a lossless track, and it did. So, unless you are a huge fan of this movie, I can't see how it's worth upgrading.

Will Smith would have to come to my house and give me a 60-minute long tongue kiss before I would ever consider double dipping this release. He would have to spend the night and bring a box of Trojenz for me to buy Handcock.

But I do have I Robot, Independence Day, MIB and Pursuit of Happyness. He was good in those.

I'm still waiting for Warner to do a decent job on Troy... as for I am Legend, if it's the same encode as in the spring there really is no point as far as I see...

pass. IAL was VERY good pq and AQ for me. dont need anything else. and i got mine for under 18 dollars.

Hey Troy was awesome!

Anyways If they give this a dts track or go up to 7 channels and do a directors cut I might do it if not I guess this is just for collectors.

I noticed that Amazon now has another, separate page for the Ultimate Collectors Edition of I Am Legend with a release date of August 2010. But the specs and other details seem to be the same as when the item was released in 2008.

Does anyone know if there's a difference between the two UCE packages? Picture or sound quality? Glitches? Etc? All I see is the price for the older release is lower through Amazon's third party sellers.

Please advise. I've been wanting to have this for a long time.

yeah i got mine for 12.00 off ebay which included shipping about 3 months ago. im sure you can find one pretty cheap if you look around.
