Default I guess this is what I get for not reading. / Incredible Hulk

LOL , I am embarassed. I do not buy much on Ebay these days.
Heck I hardly even browse over there anymore.

However I saw the Incredible Hulk Blu-Ray in an auction
and decided to bid.

This is one I missed in the theater and being a fan of Ang Lee's
'Hulk' , this is one ive wanted.

Long story short : I won it $29 , free shipping.

Oh and I decided to read the details AFTER I won
it, This is a PRE-SALE!!! Duh.

LOL, its all good , at least it was not too much more than what
it will be going for when it comes out.
I learned my lesson, no more bidding before I read the details.
he he he!

So out of curiosity I checked finished auctions for Incredible Hulk on Blu-Ray.
I found one that was like $39 . Based on that one , I can't be alone
in what I did. lol!

You're going to be sorely disappointed if you're expecting a link between the two. I'm a HUGE fan of "Hulk" '03 and this movie took NOTHING from that one. They've changed his origin from an act of heroism to something he did to himself for the military. They changed the reason for the Hulk's transformations (it's no longer controlled by anger ). He doesn't grow with his rage... and he uses "hand weapons"! At one point he actually stumbles around dazed and confused after a hit from an enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE HULK IS NEVER DAZED! I also think that the Hulk looked better in Ang Lee's version. This IS NOT a Hulk movie. It's about a guy who changes into a big green man, but it ain't the Hulk. Not the one from the comics I've read, anyway. I've learned that they plan another reboot. I can only hope they take a few hints from the '03 version on how the Hulk himself should be portrayed... but I doubt it.

It's rare to find someone else who actually enjoyed "Hulk". It's good to find I'm not alone.
"I can't live the buttoned down life like all of you! I want it all: the terrifying lows, the dizzying highs, the creamy middles! Sure, I might offend a few of the blue-noses with my cocky stride and musky odor - oh, I'll never be the darling of the so-called 'City Fathers' who cluck their tongues, stroke their beards, and talk about what's to be done with this Monkey_Boy?!"

You should be more embarrassed at the fact that you paid $29. I am not basing that on the quality of the movie, just on the fact that you can buy pretty much any title (even new) for way less.

Please tell me you don't pay this much per title on a regular basis, do you?

actually in the origin of the hulk he was in the military, ran to try and save someone who was in the area of the bomb detonation, he did not make it to the injured sole before the bomb went off and he absorbed incredible amounts of gamma radiation, eventually turning him (bruce banner) into the hulk.

I loathed everything about the new Hulk, what a stupid boring movie with the hulk looking more CGI than ever making Ang's version look photorealistic in comparison. I never want to see this movie again. ED Norton was a terrible Bruce, I liked Eric Bana much better.

are you serious? Another reboot? It seems that the Hulk is very important for Marvel if they're considering a third reboot.
