Check this page, differences are not so big but quality difference is still there.

The main differences are in the spine. SteelBooks don't use a hinged spine, they have the inner plastic insert serve as the spine, much like a regular amaray or plastic case.

Many regard ironpacks as cheap knock-offs to SteelBooks. I don't own any blu-ray Ironpaks, so I can't compare the two of them side by side. I do own a dvd Ironpack or Metalpak. It's not bad, but I don't plan on getting anymore of them, dvd or blu. I like the uniformity of the SteelBook spines. I've also heard that Ironpaks use thinner metal, but I have not seen any confirmation of this. They both dent just as easy in my opinion.

It is region free, it took me 5 seconds to find out using the searching tool.

I have the Italian steelbook and it plays fine on my region A PS3, I think they have the same discs, correct me if I'm wrong.

Can you link me to the Green Zone DE steelbook? I searched real quick and couldn't find it. I will probably get the UK version because I really like the cover art and it (obviously) has English language writing.

OP needs to update that Green Zone is not a Play.com exclusive. Amazon UK has the same one, too.
