Missing Digital copy code - Blu-ray Forum

Just picked up a new copy of The Incredible Hulk at Best Buy, but the access code for the digital copy didn’t come with it. I’ve got the digital copy disc, but no way of uploading it. To make matters worse, my wife threw away the receipt just minutes before the dump truck hauled it away. I’ve checked out the customer support site listed on the box, but it forces you to choose from a list of movies that does not include The Incredible Hulk. I choose another movie, then explained that it was hulk I was having issues with in the comment box. Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone know of another way to get the code?

Its worth a shot but you can take it back to BB and see if they can exchange it for you even with out the receipt.

If you used a credit or debit card to buy it, BB can look you up in their system and you shouldn't need the receipt.

My Nightmare Before Christmas came with a blank digital code insert. I called Disney and they sent me a pre-paid label to send the entire movie back as defective. I got a brand new copy within two weeks.

Thanks, I don't have an ipod or zune or any portable device to play it on. And if I get one in the future I can always download the movie off a torrent or just rip it off the BD and format it.

Where exactly was this code originally provided? My husband got it for his b-d, unwrapped it, played it then decided to put the digital on my laptop. The box pops up and asks for the code. The sleeve the digital disc is in doesn't have it and it's not anywhere on the main disc and box. We through away the original wrapper.
Why is it such a dang mystery, just trying to find the thing?
Any help appreciated.

The code was printed on one of the inserts found inside the case.

Thats what happened with my friends dvd version

I didn't get my code for Hitman (I think it was that movie, or Rambo, I forget). Either way, I sent an email to Lionsgate, and within 6 hours they sent me an email with a code. Just a heads up to anyone who doesn't get a code. Email the studio!

I'm still waiting for my code for the matrix. My copy of Ultimate matrix collection Blu-ray had the insert but the code box was blank. I emailed Warner but I have yet to hear back from them.

Hi i was wondering if you would be able to send me the code for the digital copy of the incredible hulk. I threw away the case to the dvd not knowing i needed the code first. I would really appreciate it.

What a waste that studios gave these codes for digital copies such short lifespans. Would it really have been so much costlier if they had given them two years to expire? A very cheap move methinks.
