Tower Sucks I ordered the incredible hulk they sent Clubbing with dj ravin 2 - Blu-ray Forum

I ordered the incredible hulk blu-ray for 19.99 AND they sent me Clubbing with dj ravin 2 CD.
I mean what happened? On the back of the CD it has a UPC that says the incredible hulk 025195041331. Now they tell me they will refund me my money and I can reorder it for the new price of 21 and change. They messed up and I have to pay more and wait for a refund which I bet will take two weeks to get back to me.

This is the last time I order from them. I'm calling now to canel my order of walle with them.

Everyone makes mistakes, I know that.
They made a mistake when they charged me for iron man and didn't ship it. They made a mistake when they refunded me only the price of iron man not the shipping charge.
They made a mistake sending me Clubbing with dj ravin 2 CD, not incredible hulk blu-ray.
They then tell me I have to rebuy the incredible hulk for 2 bucks more then I just paid, and wait for them to refund my first purchase.
I made a mistake ordering from www.tower.com in the first place.

How your on towers side I have no idea.

whoa there, of course no one is perfect and even a reputable company like tower screws up sometimes, but what i think loveblu is saying is that they didn't just send him the wrong disc (no biggie it can happen every now and then), but they are doing a lackluster job of remedying the problem which is their error to begin with. ive never ordered from tower before so i've never dealt with their customer service. i've always stuck with amazon and have never encountered any unmanageable issues
