There are so many out there, but IMHO the best two I have are The Matrix and Kill Bill 2. Sometimes I just throw these in because of the video quality. I do agree with the quality of Terminator Salvation it is beautiful.

I looked at the blu-rays you owned and just want reassurance that you think The Matrix looks better than I-Robot, The Incredible Hulk, The Dark Knight, and Iron Man!?!?

I always thought Riddick was pretty top notch for picture, sound and extra features. First Blood is an amazing transfer too, massive upgrade from original release dvds. I also agree with previous mentions of Punisher: War Zone and Terminator Salvation, but i dont see the point in having the best quality when the movie wasnt a classic and doesnt have much in the way of re-watch ability. Iron Man is definately up there, as is Dark Knight and The Patriot with Mel Gibson.

Kung Fu Panda looks jaw-droppingly beautiful. I have seen it several times, but every single time I am in awe of the amazing colors, the amount of depth, the wealth of detail,....

Baraka is quite extraordinary as well.

Iron Man looks fantastic too, as does

POTC: Dead Man's Chest

I thought it was released in 1990?
Fairly much all the titles, including Ghostbusters, in my collection are applicable.
Excluding GLADIATOR and DARK CITY.

I wonder if we can make a thread similar to the games ranking system. Have Platinum titles and such. Wouldn't be a bad idea. Would be quite an undertaking though. I'd do it.

I don't think there should ever be a tier thread system shit for this forum.
Or if there were, just have titles which have the most film-like look with grain, etc.?

I don't think Australia is crap. I really enjoy the film. And it is a mighty fine looking blu-ray disc.
