Default movies that need to be rereleased on Blu ray

what movies that have had Blu ray releases need better Blu ray releases? The ones that come to my head right away are the first three Mission Impossible movies. They have no DTS HD audio and only uses the MPEG 2 encode and are on 25GB discs.

Aguirre: The Wrath of God deserves a better Region A release.

...no special features aside from director's commentary.

Probably not on a lot of people's most wanted lists, but it always bothered me that a contemporary musical such as Dreamgirls never had a lossless audio track.

A nice new 4K of The Towering Inferno would be great, the same for Die Hard.

Nothing.

Even though there are a ton of early blu-rays that were screwed up, I don't care anymore. If I had to choose one or the other, I would rather get UHD disc at this point than a double dip to correct a previously screwed up blu-ray.

There are imports that offer the films with new encodes and DTS-HD MA audio.

This was re-released on Blu-ray by Warner, who now have the rights. Warner's release is missing the original Dolby 4.0 track and a still gallery.

A Fish Called Wanda - Compared to some of the HD versions of it I have seen out there, it is nearly unwatchable. To quote the review, Occasionally things improve slightly to the point where we at least exceed the typical look of an upconverted DVD, but this is easily the most lackluster catalog title we've had recently courtesy of Fox and MGM. Absolutely shameful.

My big 5 now that Goodfellas has been taken care of:

A Clockwork Orange
Reservoir Dogs
Terminator 2
The Big Lebowski (although I'm satisfied with the Italian release)

The Million Dollar Hotel (directed by Wim Wenders)

The issues of the DE Blu-ray (there's no other release on Blu-ray) are explained in the following thread:
