Default From The Earth To The Moon? - We Love HBO!

After the incredible quality of Band of Brothers on Blu-Ray and the upcoming True Blood I wonder how long we will have to wait for HBO's other 2 classics - From The Earth To The Moon and Deadwood! There still seems to be a huge lack of Blu-Ray TV releases coming out but while we wait impatiently for the likes of Rescue Me, Nip/Tuck, X Files and Las Vegas to name a few maybe the upcoming Star Trek original series on Blu will give it that much needed boost!

That series in my opinion is the best HBO as ever done (From The Earth To The Moon) ever more so than Band Of Brothers. It's been playing on HBO canada the last few weeks and I've also been wondering when this will be release on BD

My avatar will Wait Until Dark for a Roman Holiday since this world as War & Peace
and it would be fun to actually have Breakfast At Tiffany's with My Fair Lady

This year is the 40th anniversary of the first moon landing, so I hope HBO will mark this by releasing 'From The Earth To The Moon' on BD around July time. It's a wonderful mini-series and should look stunning on Blu-ray.

I love this one too. I'll keep my DVD set until the Blu comes out.

Bump. Great series, the best HBO had done up until then, 1998. Deserves the full treatment. Come on HBO and Tom Hanks, we are waiting.

My very first post I've been waiting for this series to be on BD, ever since I bought PS3 way back in 2008

Well, I got tired of waiting for a Blu-ray release so I picked up From The Earth To The Moon on DVD from Walmart for $13.

The price was cheap enough that I can justify a double-dip if we ever see a Blu-ray release.
