Wait, I might have missed something...was Eraserhead announced or did it simply pop up on Hulu?

October predictions:
The Blob (Blu upgrade) Foreign Correspondent (DVD/Blu) Grey Gardens/The Beales of Grey Gardens (Blu upgrade) Red River (DVD/Blu) Rosemary's Baby (DVD/Blu) Y tu mama tambien (DVD/Blu)* * - I will continue to guess it every month until it happens. One of these days I'll be correct... |

I guess I give them more leeway than most because copyright issues and intellectual property are an area of interest for me, and I assume that some of this stuff is delayed because of those reasons. |

Someone actually just bought my OOP DVD of That Obscure Object of Desire off amazon. I didn't think anyone would snap at it so soon. Just listed it. Now I just have Kind Hearts... and Coup De Torchon listed.

What I expect is the transfer will be released by MoC without boosting black levels and Criterion's release will. There will probably be variations on extra's.

If they have any intention of releasing more than one of his films (assuming they intend to and are able to release any of them) I really, really, really hope they do them all at once.

This time they actually did. Or at least they paid someone to do it exclusively for them. One of the two.

I hear you on that... esp if they are both on good speaking terms I would think they would do more than one title and Universal would be all in for licensing to Criterion their titles, since they haven't shown any interest in releasing the blus themselves. of course I projecting but still.
