But have a question.... anyone know if this is "new stuff" or "old"

My brother is a big green-day fan (has all sorts of green-vinyl, and autographed albums etc.) either way... I would like to pick this up for him (and I'll have to buy him a blu-ray player too) but I think he favors the EARLY EARLY stuff....

Like "Kerplunk" and such.

Bullet in a Bible was a mix of all of Greenday's past songs, mainly from American Idiot. Here's what was on the original dvd concert

The extra features were a documentary on the making of BiaB and A slideshow of the concert with an instrumental Boulevard of Broken Dreams playing in the background.

I'm pretty sure this will be a regular port with a sneak peek of 21st Century Breakdown on it. For the Green Day fans out there, the new CD comes out May 15. I'm a huge GD fan, so this is a blind buy for sure.

I will buy this one indeed..comes out in a few weeks...I do wonder what audio track they will be using...if they stick to just dolby digital 5.1...I will skip on this..as I have this on dvd already. I am in hopes of at min a Dolby True Hd track....there must be a reason they are bringing this out on Blu..I doubt there will be anything extra on this...I bet it is like mentioned above..just a port...is this avail on amazon for pre order? I cant seem to find it..

the best buy link could have been an April Fools joke they forgot to take down Don't know why I'm joking because I was excited there for a second if this is fake.

If that page is true, then the blu-ray is going to be rare. What a load of.... the world can be cruel sometimes.

I looked at the Best Buy link again...it has it as a Best Buy Exclusive...hmmm..so this will be made by Best Buy and sold only by Best Buy..damn Best Buy and these Exclusives (Guns N' Roses, Rolling Stones)

Fortunately, there is a Best Buy about thirty minutes from my place. YAAAYYYY! However, I feel bad for those that don't have one around due to the exclusives.

aww well made me laugh at least...yea BB is charging only 15..this guy is charging over double...but he does state that most stores wont be getting this Blu...which would be the case..since its a BB thingy only..I see the Linkin Parks last live album/dvd is avail for pre order as well...on Blu...

so this guy finds that BB is selling it..and passes it off as a rare gem...aww so not right

Id be happy to help those out..who dont live by one..or cant have one shipped to them..so looks like both Green Day and Linkin Park are releasing Blu's exclussive to BestBuy...hmm I do wonder what other groups are doing this..there seems to be no mention of this Blu-ray on Greenday.com...

This is a great show...I watched it with a friend a couple years ago many times. You will love it if you are a green day fan and it is also something good to put on when you have people over to party or whatever else.

well its listed in Canada, U.S and one guy got wind of it on ebay.com and is selling it for double..

pretty sure its a bestbuy thing only...

wish there were some specs out there for this

my question is...has any tracks ever emerged that were stollen...from the band...I mean the tracks before AI (American Idiot)..I know they had the master recordings traken..had an entire album recorded..and was stollen..

So I read on another thread (on this forum,,forgot the posters name..sorry) that this will be indeed 1080P and will be 5.1 DTS Master Audio..so will be nice to have this avail in a lossless format...I have the orig cd and dvd that came out a few years ago...but this will be a worthy upgrade...mine has shipped from bestbuy.com.....Linkin Parks new Live album..will be released by BestBuy as well on Blu...if it follows the formula..it will be lossless as well..
