I can confirm that they DID do a final style for HP: Deathly Hallows Part 2. It is the same artwork as the previous style of the three standing (which will be officially known as advance style "B") but with the credits added to the bottom of the poster. Since it was done at the last minute, it quite possibly could be the rarest of the three styles for Part 2.

Alrighty, I'm assuming it will show up eventually on movieposter.com, it will probably be expensive, but I need it for continuity

I agree, and remember this is the first official poster for the film (the internet is filled with fan-made stuff) so this poster kind of sets the direction the other posters will probably fall. I honestly wasn't expected a teaser poster out this soon. It's not that often a poster comes out a year before the film does, but it has happened before in the past. Hopefully this will mean we will see multiple posters released, much like Dark Knight had four styles, we should see at least that for Dark Knight Rises. I would not be surprised if we see a full trailer around the Thanksgiving holiday this year and possibly another style poster.

I'm crossing my fingers for one that includes Bane. I would buy that from you for sure!

Too soon to say what future styles will look like. You never know, they could have a series of advance posters designed that all feature designs like this, for example this type is of buildings collapsing with the sky forming the bat symbol, maybe there will be another style that features a similiar design for the bat symbol on it, etc. I would have to assume some styles will feature characters on it, but you never know.

If you are a big fan of Bane, DC Direct has put out a series of action figures based on the video game Askham Asylum. Series one figures came out about six months ago, series two hits comic book stores tomorrow, and Bane is featured in series 2. Each figure runs about $20-$30, and there are four figures in each series. I picked series 1 when they came out since I am a big Batman fan and loved that game (and so looking forward to Arkham City this Fall), and have a set of series 2 I am picking up tomorrow.

Here is an image of the Bane figure at this site:
http://comicmastersonline.com/shop/images/BANE%20AF.jpg

If you want to see all four figures in series 2, check this site out:
http://www.superherotimes.com/newsar...BMAA.GROUP.jpg

Lastly, if you want to check out the series 1 figures, go here:
http://cache.gawkerassets.com/assets...batmanfigs.jpg

They are very high quality figures, and I don't believe they can be found in toy stores as DC Direct is generally made for comic book specialty stores.

Blah same HP poster. A little sad about this but it still looks nice. Can't say much about the Batman poster. It does not look bad but not blown away by it. Next thing I will be looking for is the In Time poster.

I think you are the first person I have encountered who isn't impressed by Dark Knight Rises poster. Remember, it is only the first "teaser" poster, the film is still a year away, and I suspect we will see at least three more posters before the film is released.

I am guessing the 3rd poster they make for the movie will be great. Don't ask me why it just will be. I was almost punched today for saying the poster was nothing great.

Well everyone is always entitled to their opinion, I personally think the teaser is a great poster design, and does a great job of "teasing" the fans.

Kinsella5 any word on a US version of The Three Musketeers with just M'lady De Winter? (Milla Jovovich) I think I saw a German version of the poster but don't think it was real. Huge fan of all her work.

I can't imagine for a film like this that the studio would be doing character advances for the domestic release. I know there are times when they do character advance for the International release, but I haven't seen anything for the domestic release except the final style. I have not really been following this film, I am unsure if there are any advances for it at all. It can get difficult figuring out the International marketing campaign when it comes down to what is a poster and what isn't, etc.

Yeah I didn't think so. I think the only character posters I have see are for the movie Kick-Ass.
