Well after the review here on BD.com I picked this one up. Outstanding film and one helluva Blu-ray presentation! Best blind buy I've done this year by far. Intense film with amazing photography and incredible performances. Importers should definitely give this one a look. Glad I added it to the collection!!

Cheers for reminding me about this film. I read the review, which sounded very positive, then completely forgot about it. I'm going to see if any the shops in town have this today...

Watched this last night and really enjoyed it. Even being summer, the storm scenes and howling winds will make you want to huddle under the blanket!

'North Face' is making its N. American theatrical debut this w/e....was pleasantly surprised to see this avail as an import on blu, which has garnered top marks on its PQ & AQ (apparently no lossless audio offered, only a very good DTS track) on the european review sites. Immediately ordered it, altho it's on backorder status @ present. Outdoor-shot features are my favorite BDs to display on my front pj rig.

Was anyone able to get the video extras to play? I'm using a PS3 with the current firmware. They won't play.

They're in PAL, so a US PS3 will not play them.

Thanks.

I have The Ultimate Bourne Collection (UK) and the extras (PAL) do play on that.

I think these extras may be locked (if possible)?

The movie is great!! BTW

Thanks.

Must be a Amazon.co.uk listing error.
