That would be funny but I don't know how it can change things here. I started shipping Limited Edition movies to a friend in Europe or to my brother in the US.

    Howdy!
Word on the street is a newly founded courier/freight company will be transporting shipments/containers by railroad, which will eventually dominate the market and kick out Fedex, DHL, Aramex, etc...

Oh no, this is just a coincidence. I always buy from the US and UK and also from France, Spain, Germany and even Amazon Japan

So let me guess, you buy your movies from UK and not U.S. because of that phone discount?

Yeah, I know. 9 seconds cut I can live with. The UK steelbook is my only option because I am getting other movies with it.

I have an order of Tenet Steelbook, Chernobyl Steelbook, Tremors 4K LE and Total Recall 4K Steelbook from Amazon.co.uk and the order total is £162.63 after some £10 discount when you use the phone app. Check if you qualify: https://www.amazon.co.uk/b?ie=UTF8&node=22564632031
The thing is, buying directly from Amazon is much better now even with the higher customs rates because it is still much cheaper than letting Aramex handle the whole thing with MTS because they are a bunch of scammers and liars. They claimed all movies get held in customs but it is a lie because ALL my DHL movie orders arrive fine to me in Sohag city within 2-4 days from when they are shipped.

10 years with Shop and Ship and never felt I had been scammed!!

I purchased both Sin City movies and the first 50 Shades movie at a later time and never had problems. I even purchased the first Sin City DVD the moment it was released and was mailed to me via Egypt Post.

I know a guy who purchased 5 PS video games from Amazon which was mailed via DHL, but was held by MTS upon arrival lol

Don't know how long this MTS crap will last, I'm dying to buy Tenet

Oh, are you using Shop and Ship? If so then it is Aramex, they are scammers.
Movies with DHL or UPS never get held by customs!
Hell, I bought Sin City and Fifty Shades of Grey and they arrived to me without a problem.
If you do calculations well, you will see DHL is much cheaper at the end buying directly from Amazon with Global Priority shipping compared to Arames S&S and they don't screw shipments either.

Purchasing multiple items together is DEFINITELY UN-bearable

8 packages (shipments) all BDs were held by customs (in this case MTS), and I managed to clear them in a period of 2 and half months of fear they might think I'm importing them for trading purposes if were all cleared at the same time, however I paid a huge amount of money for MTS customs. LOL

Purchasing in limited number of items is sill a huge risk I can't take for the reasons I just explained!

20 years of buying online and it came to this !! Sad, frustrated and angry!

BTW, I've been using Aramex for 10 years and never faced any problems, also much cheaper than DHL.
