Jim, it still doesn't sound right. I'm going to have to go straight to Onkyo now. If they don't help me I think I will try a Marantz.

Hey Jim, thanks for inquiring about my receiver situation. In fact I just got it back last night. It's been a long and frustrating experience the last 4 months. After sending it back to the service center 3 times, and multiple part changes, Onkyo recommended that they change out the amp section which might finally do the trick. I won't know until this afternoon when I run home and run the calibration and test things out, but hoping it's fixed now. It was tuff being without my receiver for the last 4 months, but what made it even more frustrating was that I was home recovering from major surgery for 6 weeks during that time. As for as the speaker upgrades are concerned, that will be put off for quite some time as medical bills have depleted my upgrade funds.

Hi Mike! Did you figure out speakers you were going to upgrade to? You had mention that you were thinking about it. I think that was also before you started having issues with your Integra. Did you get that all sorted out? Hope you are doing well!
