Just thought maybe you would find that interesting. I was thinking that I MIGHT toy with the idea of just editing out the grossest parts and keep the overall film, but unfortunately, the primary police characters are just so totally repellent and unlikable, for me it kind of takes the fun out of it... The 'Trivia' on IMDB does help make sense out of the ending though.

But, it is seriously, and I mean SERIOUSLY creepy dude.

Dude... I actually found that Turkish movie 'BASKIN' that Richard Stanley was talking about. It was the only one I didn't have that he mentioned. Now, I'm almost sorry I found it

GEEZ... Great idea and totally otherworldly atmosphere, but personally I just don't like super gross stuff (except things clearly done for Horror/Humour such as our revered 'REANITMATOR') I guess Turkish censors are either nonexistent, susceptible to bribes, or just flat out don't care, but MAN some of this stuff was SO gross! Anyway, I can see why Stanley liked it; it IS indeed quite unique. And, I don't want to give anything away, but towards the end when things 'reveal' themselves, one actor in particular was absolutely PERFECT for the part, let me tell you. Seriously... this thing makes 'HELLRAISER' look like Disney Bro...
