back when they made the SB against the colts, i told my buddy, doesn't matter how good your D is, if u're off. can't put points on the board, u're not gonna win.

to me, there are a couple different levels when it comes to QB's.

Brady, Manning, Brees, Rothlisberger, Rodgers are in the top class. capable of winning consistently and getting to and/or winning the SB.

Cutler, Romo, Sanchez, Freeman, Vick, Rivers....capable of winning games but don't have what it takes to be an elite QB. they'll come close to the SB but won't ever win one. the only guy i can see out of this last group that could 1 day win a ring is sanchez and that's only b/c of who he's surrounded by.

and then u have your Fitzpatrick, Kolb, Orton who are just the bottom of the barrel.

Yeah..all those years of the Lions being awful is starting to payoff lol.

Bears D is still good...for now..they're getting old quick lol Peppers is a beast. He's double teamed alot. They need to get more pressure up front for their style of defense to work. They're not Ray Lewis but Urlacher and Briggs are still solid. The secondary is a bit weak though

the lions are really scary when u think about where they could be in a year or 2.

it’s amazing how great the bears D was a couple years ago and it’s still all the same players….for the most part.

haha..mixed..the Bears trade the world for him and they surround him with mostly subpar players. The offensive line is horrendous but Cutler either holds onto the ball too long or he throws too soon since his the line is so terrible..doesn't plant his feet.. but we have no good WRs. And Forte isn't a good bust through the line type of RB. That's what they picked up Barber for..he hasn't played yet..

Bears have a small window still..very small. Defense is the 3rd oldest in the league...and now the Lions are on the up..if Stafford stays healthy..

    thanks

    John
