That's cool that they are at least trying to get the Madicken TV series released. I've not seen Demi-tarif, but it sounds very interesting. One of my favourite films ever is Lawn Dogs (1997), I'd love for Criterion or BFI to give it a worthy HD release. By the way, picked up the Kokowääh films and the first one especially was great. Der Baader Meinhof Komplex was very good too.

Hi. You're welcome. I know what you mean. It's not all the time you log in here and check the message area for your profile. You only get notified about PM's. Cool. Yes, there are a lot of good movies and TV series that haven't made it to the HD format yet. Some time ago I contacted the people that own the rights to the material by Astrid Lindgren, and they told me they are asking the production companies to have it released. I want the TV series of Madicken as well (among everything else of course), because like you say, it has more scenes. I care mostly about picture quality and that's where most material fall short, when they remaster it to Blu-ray. But again, so many movies aren't available even on the sub-standard DVD format. Especially foreign ones. Sure, you can find it on YouTube a lot of the time, but the picture quality always lets me down. One movie I totally wish was available in great HD is Demi-tarif. But that movie was filmed with cheap equipment to start with.

Hi, thanks for your nice comment! Sorry about this late reply, I didn't get a notification about it and I don't often check my forum profile, so that's how I missed it all this time. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll definitely check those titles out, but I already have the Madicken films and the 10 episode TV version (in German) that has more scenes than the films. I'm a big fan of Astrid Lindgren.

Hi. You have some really cute backdrops.
And a nice collection of good movies (save for a few awful ones :P)
Might I suggest you to get Kokowääh 1 & 2, the two Madicken movies and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex?
