For what it's worth, the back of the box claims it's in NTSC format, aka original speed and pitch. I've collected a lot of Australian imports, and most fairly recent Australian releases I've seen from there use NTSC rather than PAL.
Heck, digging deeper each season apparently got a Blu-ray release in France, which shouldn't have those sorts of frame rate issues (it's listed as having English audio and A/B/C region coding) These also don't say "the complete series" on them

I hope it gets a US release too! But I'd personally recommend grabbing an import if it's at all a show you want to own physically - just in case it never gets a US release. It might not stay in print forever, and sometimes these sorts of things get TOUGH to find! Can't hurt to grab it while it's easily available. Just my opinion, tho!

Yes, but it's PAL format. I prefer watching my shows and movies in the original speed and pitch.

Also, I do NOT AGREE with that "Complete Series" on the title, not while I and everyone else saving this series has to say about it.

I'm waiting for a US release anyway, but thank you so much for letting me know, that was very nice of you.

I didn't see it in your listed collection, thought it might be worth mentioning: Were you aware Happy! got a complete DVD release in Australia? Spotted a listing for it on ebay earlier. Apparently it isn't region locked!
