I know we have this back-and-forth thing going, so I wanted to say good for you on what you said in the Reagan announcement. I’m not a Trump supporter, but I know people who are, and they’re not Nazis. Tolerate for opposing beliefs is necessary for a healthy society.

Basic human respect seems to be absolutely nonexistent here sometimes. I’ve been trying to support/upvote people who stand up against trolls ever since I was blasted in The Batman (2022) UHD thread by a few people who didn’t even know what I meant by a single brief question. I considered leaving the forum permanently, but realized that it would do exactly what the trolls wanted.

Anyway, thanks for the comment; it really softens the blow to know that other people feel the same way and aren’t just going to make snide remarks and do the same again. Have a great day.

Thank you very much for taking the time to send me this message. Recently, I have been going back and forth with a few members here about the utter lack of respect shown to one another, often for the simplest of causes that we merely disagree in our own opinions. Even the downvoting going on is outright ridiculous at times.

I saw your comment on the announcements for The Hitcher and you’re totally right. People get so obsessed with what others say when they disagree with it that they turn nasty. Your comment was really a breath of fresh air there.
