Aramex is lying then. I bought 8 steelbooks from Amazon France in mid February and they arrived fine via DHL without being held.
All my movie shipments with DHL went through just fine and the only time with Aramex, they got held so it must be Aramex or customs people clear DHL packages differently.

I've received the same. A bunch of scammers!
Aramex also might intentionally make customs hold the movies for censorship clearance to get more money! They did that with me once recently (direct shipping from Amazon US and not S&S) but DHL doesn't do such thing.

Yeah. They handled them badly plus the stupidly high clearance and custom fees these days. For example £72 movies inside Europe become £123 to Egypt after removing the 20% European VAT!

That would be funny but I don't know how it can change things here. I started shipping Limited Edition movies to a friend in Europe or to my brother in the US.

Oh no, this is just a coincidence. I always buy from the US and UK and also from France, Spain, Germany and even Amazon Japan

Yeah, I know. 9 seconds cut I can live with. The UK steelbook is my only option because I am getting other movies with it.

The thing is, buying directly from Amazon is much better now even with the higher customs rates because it is still much cheaper than letting Aramex handle the whole thing with MTS because they are a bunch of scammers and liars. They claimed all movies get held in customs but it is a lie because ALL my DHL movie orders arrive fine to me in Sohag city within 2-4 days from when they are shipped.

Oh, are you using Shop and Ship? If so then it is Aramex, they are scammers.
Movies with DHL or UPS never get held by customs!
Hell, I bought Sin City and Fifty Shades of Grey and they arrived to me without a problem.
If you do calculations well, you will see DHL is much cheaper at the end buying directly from Amazon with Global Priority shipping compared to Arames S&S and they don't screw shipments either.

I keep my purchases very limited these days but one thing I noticed is that if you purchase multiple items together, the stupid customs and the scammer MTS fees become bearable.
Also, using DHL is actually much better than Aramex and even lower in customs and fees.

Sorry, haven't opened it yet so I don't know for sure. I checked the packaging and it stated A only, but that is unfortunately no guarantee. And looking at the reported regions for the other seasons here at Blu-ray.com does NOT help, they appear to be all over the map... :/
