Wow this is sort of turning into a martial arts discussion forum. Explains why we are all so Cool.

Thanks for the friend request by the way.

I guess our interest in Martial art films do stem from our backgrounds in it. I too was heavenly into it when I was younger. Ex: Tae Kwon Do / Jeet Kune Do / Muay Thai / Stick-Knife Fighting / Savate / Grappling. I guess you can say I got bored easy. Never really gave any style more than 2 years before moving on. Couldn't get enough. I probably stayed in Tae Kwon Do the longest ... 6 years or so. I kinda grew up with that one. Helped me alot in High School. Explains my love for the stand-up fighting movies to this day.

Hey Bro, thanks for the friend request. I also practice martial arts(tae kwon do and before that isshin-ryu). Started when I was 11 years old and still going. Most of my time now is taken by work and my girlfriend. I've gotten lazy in training, going to correct that soon. On top of that, home theater has become just about my favorite hobby. Not enough time in the damn day man. Going into Fall season it's my busy time of year with work and the holidays. In 2011 things should slow down enough for me to start actively training again at least 4 times a week. We'll see.

I like the cut of your jib, brother. You and I seem to be eye to eye on most films. You train and if so, in what?

hey whats up?!?!?! well lets see both of those films i enjoyed alot and they are really good on blu-ray with their nice PQ & AQ. Sha po lang aka killzone is another great one that looks smooth and sounds awesome on blu-ray. Flashpoint is another one as well.

sorry took me a bit to get back to you but just busy with work and getting back on here alot with my wife and she's more obsessed than i am *LMAO*.

    What's up?

Was wondering what you think of the movies Dragon Tiger Gate and Exiled? Saw they were both in your collection and I have yet to see either. Had been looking into Dragon Tiger Gate the other day, because it has the same director as Ip Man.

Any other foreign films you'd recommend?
