Well it bearly ever raises above 20 here, even in the summer, highest it goes is 26 I think.

Yes, I have high hopes for Frazier. What we need to do is draft a good QB and develop him. Not get one with only two years left in his career. My fear is we don't have the ability to develop a top QB.
