Actually, I Havent really bought anything yet. I have to wait till I get paid next week so I am not broke. LOL. I paid off most of my bills so I only have to worry about two, and the funds I have in my account right now will cover them. I plan on Buying the Polk Monitor 60s I have been eyeing on NewEgg. I hope they stay at that price. What about you?

Hey Mike, sorry for the late reply. I haven't been on for a few days. A full job - done correctly - will require breakers, receptacles, and wiring. Wiring is where it'll cost you if it has to be upgraded, depending on how the wiring has to be run and if any drywall needs to be removed and thus reinstalled. It all depends on accessibility to where/how the wiring needs to be run. I'm not sure what the costs are, but I think you get the picture. Since you've never done this before, definitely consider having a licensed electrician do the work. I hate doing electrical myself.

Anyway, for me it was simple. The wiring was already rated for 20A to the HT area, and I had four 20A breakers free so I just swapped the breaker going to my HT area. From there I just added two 20A receptacles. I spent a little more on the receptacles from the basic units, but they were still pretty inexpensive and less than $20 for both. That was my total spending.

Hey Mike, I plan on adding the Emo cd player to my set-up and maybe an amp after my tv upgrade. How is the Toshiba lcd? They are on sale sometimes and I may snatch one in January. My other options are a 55" Vizio 120hz, and a 46"-52" Samsung 120hz. What's your advice on the tv and Emotiva cd player?
