    If fishing the wire into the wall is difficult for you...do this, make a long straight hole line down to the speaker . Stuff the speaker wire inside that long straight hole. Patch that line with spackling and let it dry (3-4hrs)...then use a wet sponge to smooth it down. then paint it black!...no need to use paintable tracks.
