Carrie came in today. The 4K is scratched all over the place. BD isn't as bad but what a shitshow. I'll be reaching out on Monday for replacements. At least the bonus disc appears to be ok, LOL!

You get Carrie yet? Seems like a shitshow of scratches in the thread. Really sad but not surprising with Shout. I'm going to wait a few months to see if Arrow will re-issue their set.

Lol the slipbox was the only “intact” part of the set/release. Pretty sure the boxes will be phased out as I came across the first film in Best Buy and it’s back to a regular slipcover. Should have Season of the Witch soon but I’m expecting another train wreck with plenty of scratches.

I think I told you about my Halloween II set from Shout but in case I didn't.
This is how it showed up.

Of course the discs were all scratched and floaters. So I asked Amazon for a replacement and thankfully the case/artwork is intact, HOWEVER. the discs are scratched with this set as well lol.

Guess I'll just contact Shout and have them send me new discs like they did for Alligator. So tired of this crap.

I’m very particular when it comes to Christmas films lol. It has been on my list for a while though. I feel like it will get a 4K release in the UK.
