Hi. New threads in blu ray for movies yet to come out in the cinema or come out at the next weekend etc. shouldn't they be in Movies forum?

All this TBA 2015 then discuss what's seen at the cinema for the next six months on the blu ray thread...doesn't this make the movie forum redundent?

Should the disc at least have a street date or maybe some extras information before it gets a blu ray thread?

Just wondered your thoughts, as these just seem to pop up every other day clogging up what's supposed be a forum to discuss BDs.

hi, half my posts get moderated then days later still don't appear in the forum which makes replying to a post kind of pointless, can anything be done to fix this?

Hi. As a mod, can you clean up the GBII thread in UK forum? Last ten posts is all about which TV to buy and 4k,6k,50k etc etc. it's just a mess and nothing about the movie or disc

Bonjour big daddy, j'aimerais savoir ou installer mon spl pour calibre mes haut parleur de ma salle de cinema maison car j'ai fait des modification en rajoutant un fauteuil de 2 place sur un nouveau plancher soulever en arriere de la salle et un autre fauteuil de 2 place sur le premier plancher avant car avant j'avais seulement un plancher et un fauteuil de 3 place en arriere de ma salle que j'avis calibrer avec un spl comme j'ai lu dans votre forum et etait très satisfait,mais maintenant le son de mon fauteuil avant est moins bon que celui d'en arriere

An SPL meter is not an absolute necessity. It is something that gives you the option of tweaking your system manually. If you do not have a subwoofer, then you should set your speakers to large. If you do have a subwoofer, you should connect it to the sub output (LPE output) on the back of the receiver and set all your speakers to small. The location of the subwoofer can have a major effect on the quality of bass. You need to experiment and place the subwoofer in different locations. Two subwoofers is always a better solution for evening out the bass in the room.
