    Good Evening IntelliVolume;
    As you requested in the dvd section forum regarding the Exorcist soundtrack, thought I'd mention that yes, the cuts are very well produced and a joy to listen to. I of course back then immediately (as did many) grab Mike Oldfield's opus album "Tubular Bells" and listen to it on frequent occasions.
    As part of what I consider as a nice Home Theatre, I have an AudioMeca turntable crafted by Pierre Lurne in France that I have great appreciation for as I have a rather large vinyl collection (approx 2k records). Yeah, I'm a bit long in the tooth, heh. I have KEF 102 speakers in front channel and Advents in the rear and sides for film surround. Also a (rather large) Axiom dual aluminum cone subwoofer that serves nicely for shaking the wood panels in my rec room, heh.
    You may be able to find the Exorcist soundtrack on cd by now (not sure, never looked).
    All the best; Jeff

    Hey Dwayne,

    I enjoyed our discussions, as well; thanks for your note and the friendship request!

    Dwayne here. Just wanted to say thanks for the discussions we had recently with the external amps, AVRs. Enjoyed it very much. Requesting to add you to my friend list.

    Not sure -- I believe only those who own Phillips, OPPO, Panasonic or Onkyo Blu-ray players can play it...

    I have had two shout factory releases, including Thunderbirds, on blu ray. Neither played on my Sony blu ray player (which is why I asked and I'll buy from amazon if necessary so I can return it if they are continuing to author discs a whole group of people can't play!). Others have had the same problem. I even had the laser replaced and still nothing. Either the disc fails to load, or stutters and freezes locking up the player.

    Even the German version of Thunderbirds wouldn't play on my Region B SONY blu ray player. Which is why I hate Sony. But as they were the only ones that made a 'mega changer' for blu ray...

    I'm sure an Oppo will play anything you give it, including Video CD.
