Thanks for the input! What would be sufficient power? I currently have the yamaha rx-v471 but plan to upgrade within the year. Also, what would you recommend as a center to match? I can get a Jamo 160 of a different color unfortunately, or should I go with like a c60 center? I can also get a center 18, 40, or 100 for about the same price. I personally like the hefty look of the 160 but I imagine the c series is better. Though I know I need to try to match it as close to the speakers as possible. Do you know what series the 507's most closely match? The E, C, or D? Thanks for your time and input to this newbie.

Hi, new to this forum but found it because of search I made about the Jamo 507 speakers. I saw that you used to own them and was curious what you thought about them. I have a chance to buy a set for $220 and am on the fence. Do you think that is a decent price and worth it? Thank you in advance for any info you may have for me.

Man, that's not really a genre that you find a lot films occupying. Outpost with Ray Stevenson might qualify, and it's actually pretty awesome. I also liked Deathwatch and the Bunker quite a bit. Both very intense and harrowing in my opinion, if you're interested I would say those are definitely some titles to check out!
