This will be the last time I, or another Mod, address this situation.

Following this response, your suspension will be changed to a BAN so you can no longer make reports complaining about your suspension.

#1. The argument had gotten heated on all parts, and as I mentioned in my previous message, all users would have been let off with a warning to tone it down, but then you had to take it to the next level and send a profanity laced, and nasty PM getting extremely personal. This will NEVER be tolerated. Again, the other users were not suspended, because they did not send a nasty PM like you did.

#2. There is no favoritism or unfairness here. You sent a nasty PM, you were suspended for it. The other users did not, so they were not suspended. I cannot make this any clearer.

#3. The PM system is completely private. No Mods or admins can see PM's <UNLESS> the user whom received the message reports the PM, in which case it treats it just like a reported post on the forum. The message is sent to the Moderator's for review, just like your PM was.

#4. Your insinuation that the Mod Team "Fell Hook Line and Sinker" is a useless ploy to try and clear your name. Again, the reason you were suspended is because of the nasty personal PM you sent, bottom line. Nothing else factored into the decision to suspend you.

#5. If you are truly sorry about your outburst, then grow up, take your suspension, and quit complaining about it, or your perceived unfairness.

In response to your recent report...

First, there were many many other users whom reported what was going on. It was very uncalled for on both sides, and both parties would have been left with a warning....

But your PM was reported, and when the Mod Team read it, we are all a bit shocked. That was extremely uncalled for, and obviously written while you were very upset.

Your suspension is a time out from the situation.

Know that if you send another PM like you sent to that member, you will not be welcome here. You, yourself admitted in your report that you lost your cool, that PM validated that statement.

Having disagreements is one thing, but sending a profanity laced, threatening, and abusive PM is far and above uncalled for.
