As with any director, I like watching first-time titles in order Thing is I'll have to see Lanton Mills and Badlands on Blu-ray first. Since they're not available, I guess I'll start with Days of Heaven.

The only mess-up with what I said about watching a director's filmography though is that I've seen Fincher's and Kubrick's titles out of order. I still have yet to see Kubrick's Fear and Desire, Barry Lyndon, and Eyes Wide Shut (even though I've owned the last two for almost three weeks now). I feel that since they're the ones that are considered his best, I'll watch his whole filmography in order- which will lead into Barry Lyndon and Eyes Wide Shut (for the big finale!). I've been obsessed with Eyes Wide Shut as a whole for a few months now

Thanks for suggesting the Malick titles! I got The Tree of Life yesterday at BBY with slipcover, and I also picked up Days of Heaven at Barnes & Noble! I got The Thin Red Line earlier today! I still have to watch them, but I'm really excited, so I guess I'll watch them on Friday/Saturday!
