It's a link to a posting on FB from an individual who happened to come across Clownhouse on BD, looks like it must have been a custom/BD copy. The name of the FB group is called, "Cult film, Exploitation & Horror DVD Blu Ray.

Love your signature. To this day Clownhouse is the very reason why I'm fascinated and at the same time terrified of clowns.
I'm usually not one to double dip on movies but if that was released on Blu I'd have to get it.
