Hi there,
I'm sorry you're having 3D viewing issues. Hopefully you'll get some help from others. I had issues -- then I changed out my HDMI cable to a shorter, high speed one. If it's not that, and you're reading to see if it's the player, try getting a cheap used Sony 3D player at Goodwill or other thrift store- for around $7-10. I have bought several to use as back-ups. And you already have a Sony remote.
