hi, i can confirm universal are still doing the "Gladiator UK bluray disc exchange". i sent mine last week and got it back today, it took less than a week, i was impressed with the new transfer. heres the address to send to if you dont have already, remember to include your name, address and contact #, also make a note of the original disc codes on the silver side of your disc so you can compare them with the new one they send you.
