Nateo, without knowing your price range or where you plan on using the system (I hate assuming anything) as best I can. There are many receivers, and HTiB systems, that range from a couple hundred dollars to a couple thousand and can decode most if not all audio formats currently on the market.
If you look at most folks systems, a common receiver is typically Onkyo. I own an Onkyo 7.1 HTiB for under a grand. I am extremely pleased with this system. I suggest you check out cnet.com for their fairly impartial reviews and you can make an informed decision as to what actually fits your needs. And shop around once you've made your choice, you'll find it for different prices at different locations. My system was purchased at amazon for far under many other online locations.
