ha ha I feel you on the tax in KY. I mean seriously they charge you every SINGLE year for owning a car even if you've paid it off. I can't believe they charge tax on online stuff too pretty stupid. Lucky I have family that live in IL so I can get it shipped there and no tax. Only good thing about KY tax is that it's only 6% compared to 7.5% in IL and 7.25 in MO not sure what TN is though.
