For what it's worth, the back of the box claims it's in NTSC format, aka original speed and pitch. I've collected a lot of Australian imports, and most fairly recent Australian releases I've seen from there use NTSC rather than PAL.
Heck, digging deeper each season apparently got a
Blu-ray release in France, which shouldn't have those sorts of frame rate issues (it's listed as having English audio and A/B/C region coding) These also don't say "the complete series" on them
I hope it gets a US release too! But I'd personally recommend grabbing an import if it's at all a show you want to own physically - just in case it never gets a US release. It might not stay in print forever, and sometimes these sorts of things get TOUGH to find! Can't hurt to grab it while it's easily available. Just my opinion, tho!
